Where we ship
We currently ship across Ireland and United Kingdom. More destinations are coming soon.
Processing times
All orders are prepared and dispatched within [1–3] business days. Personalised and engraved pieces are made to order and require an additional [2–4] business days for engraving before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times and costs
- Free tracked shipping on all orders.
- Estimated delivery to Ireland: [8–15] business days after dispatch
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
All delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we do everything we can to meet them, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory rights regarding delivery.
Order tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than [5] business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@auverine.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges. For future destinations outside the EU, any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
