Is Auverine jewellery really waterproof?
Yes — truly. Our pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel with 18k gold PVD plating, a combination made to be lived in. Shower, gym, sea: your jewellery keeps its colour and shine. That's why we say: never take it off.
Will it turn my skin green or cause irritation?
No. Our stainless steel is hypoallergenic, nickel-safe, and gentle on sensitive skin. It won't turn your skin green or cause irritation, even with daily wear.
How is this different from gold-plated jewellery?
Traditional gold plating is a thin layer that fades within months. PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) bonds 18k gold to the steel at a molecular level, making it many times more durable — resistant to water, sweat and everyday life.
How does engraving work?
Choose your piece, enter your name, date or coordinates at checkout, and our artisans engrave it just for you. Engraved orders take [2–4] extra business days before shipping.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised pieces are made uniquely for you, so they can't be returned — unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our side, in which case we'll replace them free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within [1–3] business days ([2–4] extra for engraving) and arrive in [8–15] business days with full tracking. Free over €50.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Honestly? It barely needs it. An occasional wipe with a soft cloth keeps it at its best. See our full Jewellery Care guide.
What if my jewellery fades or breaks?
Every Auverine piece is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty: if your jewellery develops a manufacturing defect — including colour issues caused by a defect under normal wear — we'll replace it free of charge.
