Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Every Auverine piece is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — including colour fading or tarnishing resulting from a manufacturing defect under normal wear.

What's covered: manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship, including plating defects causing premature colour loss under normal everyday wear.

What's not covered: normal wear and tear, scratches, damage caused by misuse or accident, alterations by third parties, or lost items.

How to claim: email support@auverine.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace your piece free of charge — simple as that.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU legal guarantee of conformity.
