Ring size guide
Finding your perfect fit is easier than you think. Two minutes, no special tools — here are the two simplest ways to measure at home.
Method 1 — Measure a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits the intended finger well. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres (edge to edge, across the centre) with a ruler. Then find your size in the table below.
Method 2 — Measure your finger
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
- Wrap it around the base of your finger, snug but comfortable.
- Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres — that's your finger circumference.
- Match it in the table below.

Tips for the perfect fit
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers are slightly larger then, and in warm weather.
- Between two sizes? Go for the larger one, especially for wider bands.
- Knuckles count: if your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, measure both and choose in between.
- Buying a gift? Borrow a ring they wear on that finger and use Method 1 — or when in doubt, size 54 (US 7) is the most common women's size.
