Our promise

We want you to love your Auverine jewellery. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day returns

You can return any unworn, non-personalised item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Personalised items

Engraved and personalised pieces are made uniquely for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an engraving error on our side. If that happens, we'll replace your piece free of charge — just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
